Who can participate? 

Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.

Who can't participate?

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:

1. the Promoter; and

2. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this promotion.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Claim instructions

You must, during the Promotion Period: 

1. Visit the The No Nasties Project website 

2. Upload a picture of your completed maize of any NEW Look No Nasties Project cereal (available exclusively from Coles from July 2022)

3. Enter your full name, email address and county

Upload a copy of the proof of purchase receipt 

The proof of purchase details uploaded must be unique, clearly indicate the product purchased and be dated within the Promotional Period.

What can I receive? 

There are 41 prizes that will be given away. 

40 x The No Nasties Project Back Packs with 1 x case (5x285g) No Nasties Project Cereals  (either fruity loops/ cinnamon donuts and choc bombs) valued at $97.00

A year's supply of cereal is the equivalent to 12 x cases of The No Nasties Project Cereal valued at $325

Total gift pool

The total gift pool is up to $3,235

How many times can I enter?

There is a limit of one entry per person and a maximum of 3 claims per household. 

How and when will I be notified?

Winners will be notified by 2 September 2022.

Verification Requirements

Winners will be required to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify entry (Proof of Identity).  Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

If a claimant fails to provide Proof of Identity by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their prize will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

Collection and use of your personal information

The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with you or storing data. 

In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, if a claimant elects to opt in to receive marketing materials from the Promoter by ticking the relevant box on the online claim form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The claimant will be able to opt out at any time. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy includes information about:

1. how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

2. how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

By participating, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is not liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.

If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this promotion is final.

Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all gifts must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. 

Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid gift claim. Every gift claim in excess of the advertised gift pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.

If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the promotion or disqualify affected claims/claimants.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this promotion or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).

Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of gift/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed gift/s (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified, gift/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
