Notice regarding AusPost Deliveries
Our team have taken a lot of calls and emails in the last week and apologise for the frustrations you have had with the deliveries due to the Australia Post issues.
We have sent an additional case of stock to each school at our expense to boost your fundraising efforts and hope that this is some consolation for the uncertainty and increased administration from your side.
It seems that the Australia Post deliveries of the larger items 19kg "double" boxes were split from the smaller "9.5kg" single boxes.
Please use the Tracking Number at the Australia Post Tracking Website to help you determine how many parcels were sent and the weight of the parcel. Each 19kg Box has 270 Sugar FREE-zies and a single 9.5kg box has 135 Stix.
Some have slightly more depending on the flavour you were sent but this is indicated on the box.
